I thought that perhaps y’all might like a bit of a brain teaser. I don’t know how many more of these little teasers there will be, or if there will be any more at all, but I created a category specially for them, I know, I’m a risk taker.

So far so good, but there’s an alternative to Ghost that’s much more flexible. Newer network cards support something called PXE boot, PXE stands for Preboot eXecution Environment, it’s called PXE because PEE would cause too many sniggers.

Thought I’d take a break from writing about things that annoy me for a while. Instead, I’d like to mention an album I discovered recently. It’s a soundtrack to a game called American McGee’s Alice and it’s rather good.

Time, it’s measured in a very strange way, and in many ways it’s similar to the money system. We have a lot of units that simply aren’t necessary, much like the pounds, shillings and pence of the old English money system, we have hours, minutes and seconds. On a larger scale we have the same thing again with days, weeks, months and years.
