Yeah, mixing topics in titles now, oh yeah, it’s all go.
There’s a TV Series over here called Hyperdrive. They probably don’t show it anywhere else, but it’s a funny show that finished recently, I hope they make another season. Anyway, here’s a song from one of the episodes that’s kinda funny. The plot is that Captain Henderson has just destroyed a meteor that two alien races wanted, one wanted to mine it, one wanted to study it for “scientific research that you could not possibly understand”. Anyway, Captain Henderson said that if they couldn’t share it, he’d destroy it. And he did. And then the two alien races allied with each other and declared war on Earth. This song is their battle song, it’s kinda crappy, but still funny.

And now moving on, we come to the second topic. Prototype! Yeah, I made a random and fairly useless prototype function that I thought I’d share with you all. I posted the code at the webdev forums, and I’ve uploaded an example for your viewing pleasure here.
Edit: I’ve also altered the stylesheet so that visited links in blog entries don’t turn black any more. It’s been annoying me for a while but I could only just be bothered to fix it. It’s not a massive change, but if you wanna make sure you get the new sheet, you can either clear your cache or do a forced refresh of this page (ctrl+F5 in IE and Moz, not sure about other browsers).

As for that song, i have to say i absolutly love it – and as funny as the song is the show is so much funnier, and IMO the “Rap in the middle” is the best rap ive ever heard!
Wow, that plot bears a striking resemblance to America’s presence in the middle east. If you two can’t stop fighting, I’m just gonna come in and make you… now gimme your oil and shit!
